These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between sqmsalarenlinea.com (hereinafter "Provider") and the users (hereinafter "Customers") of the services and platforms offered via the Internet.

By using the services, the Customer accepts these GTC as binding. Deviating terms and conditions of the Customer will not be recognized unless the Provider expressly agrees to their validity in writing.

The Provider provides digital services and platforms for communication, information, and user support. The specific service description is based on the respective service description on the website.

The Provider reserves the right to further develop, modify, or discontinue the offered online services in terms of content and technology, provided this is reasonable for the Customer and does not affect essential contractual content.

The Customer undertakes to use the services only within the framework of applicable laws and these GTC. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided by them.

• Access credentials must be kept confidential and protected from unauthorized access.
• It is prohibited to misuse the services for illegal or fraudulent activities.
• The integrity of the platforms and the rights of other users must be respected.

3.1 Liability of the User

The Customer is liable for all actions taken using their access credentials. If misuse is suspected, the Provider must be informed immediately.

The Provider is fully liable for intent and gross negligence as well as for injury to life, body, or health. For slight negligence, the Provider is only liable in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) for the typically foreseeable damage.

Any further liability is excluded. This applies in particular to indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss, provided these are not based on intent or gross negligence.

The Provider does not guarantee the constant and uninterrupted availability of the online services. Maintenance work and technical disruptions may cause temporary limitations.

For chargeable services, the prices stated at the time of contract conclusion apply. Payment is made in advance according to the chosen payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

The contract runs for the agreed term. Thereafter, it is automatically extended for the same term unless terminated by one party with a notice period of at least four weeks before the end of the term.

5.1 Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. The exact conditions for this are set out in the separate cancellation policy.

The Provider reserves the right to amend these GTC with effect for the future. The Customer will be informed of significant changes in good time by email or via the platform. If the Customer does not object to the change within four weeks of notification, the amended terms are deemed accepted.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes, if legally permissible, is the registered office of the Provider.
